Dr. Pete Harbert is committed to providing high-quality dental care and creating enjoyable dental experiences for kids (and their grown-ups) in the greater Omaha community.

Dr. Pete completed his undergraduate education at Lake Forest College near Chicago in 2007 before continuing on to earn his DDS at the UNMC College of Dentistry in Lincoln in 2012. He then completed a one-year hospital-based General Practice Residency at UNMC in Omaha. After spending the next three years in private practice in Omaha, Dr. Pete returned to residency to specialize in pediatric dentistry at the University of Washington in Seattle, where he earned his Master of Science in Dentistry in 2018. After residency, he spent two years in group pediatric practice, before opening Good Life Smiles in the community he grew up in.

Dr. Pete is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is Omaha’s only pediatric dentist who is also a Breathe Institute Ambassador.

Dr. Pete has been married to his lovely wife Sarah since 2016. They have two very active boys, Ben and Graham, and a sweet little girl named Libby. Free time is family time, and when Dr. Pete is not at work, you can find him coaching or watching his kids’ sports teams, cheering on the Huskers, or seeking out Omaha’s best donut or newest playground.
